Kenneth Pavlinec, PT, Cert MDT – Graduated Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 1997. Course work included gross anatomy at Yale. Over 12 years experience in an outpatient setting and local regional trauma center and excelled as a Senior Level I therapist for acute, outpatient, and home care environments. In 2001, became one of approximately 750 Certified MDT McKenzie specialists in the world for treatment of pain of spinal origin. Extensive continuing education focused on “hands-on” therapy utilizing mobilization techniques for all joints. Extensive athletic background consisting of baseball, football, basketball, track and field, cross-country, marathon, road races and triathlons which make these personal experiences contribute to sports specific rehabilitation that is immeasurable.  Ken is looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon in 2009.  Member of the American Physical Therapy Association(APTA), Orthopedic Practice Section of the APTA, Private Practice Section of the APTA, and the McKenzie Institute USA. In his free time, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife (Mrs New Jersey 2007-08) and his two children Alexis and Luc. Ken Pavlinec
Valerie Dellocono, PT, MTC – Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Degree. Over 12 Years of experience, 5 as a Director of Physical Therapy, in multiple clinical settings of acute, subacute, outpatient orthopedic, wound care and aquatic physical therapy. In 2007, became one of 10 physical therapists in the state of New Jersey and one of only 1400 worldwide to earn her Manual Therapist Certification from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. Has attended multiple national seminars with focus on current evidence-based practices. Clinical instructor for PT students earning their Masters and Doctorates from institutions as UMDNJ, Widener College and URI. Member of the American Physical Therapy Association(APTA), Orthopedic Practice Section of the APTA, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. In Valerie’s free time she likes to relax with her husband and 3 dogs(Hero, Mona and Peanut). Valerie Dellocono
Tracie Wainwright – Office Administrator at 780 Route 37 West in Toms River with 16 total years of billing experience and 20 total years of office experience. Tracie is a Certified Medical Biller with specialties in ER and PT billing. Tracie has obtained CEU’s from Dunn and Bradstreet, the APTA and Empire Medicare. Tracie enjoys visiting Disney World throughout the year and spending time with her husband and her two children Nicholas and Tyler. Tracie Wainwright
Sean Marcisin – Sean joined our staff as a PT aide in 2004. He is currently taking course work at Ocean County College for pre-requisites for a Physical Therapy entry program. Sean is also in the process of becoming a certified athletic trainer.  Sean is currently engaged and enjoys his free time playing baseball, watching the Yankees and the Cowboys. Sean Marcisin
Joann Jackson – Joann joined our staff as a PT aide in 2005. She received a certificate for a PT aide at Ocean County College in 2004. When she is not at work, Joann enjoys baking, drawing, painting, riding ATV’s, caring for her pet pig, and traveling with her husband. Joann Jackson
Jane Smetts - Jane joined Hands-On Physical Therapy in 2007 and she is the office administrator for the 400 New Hampshire Ave. office in Lakewood. She was camp director in Farmingdale, NJ and has been actively involved in the Girl/Boy Scouts of America for 20 years. In Jane's spare time, she enjoys quilting and gardening. She was awarded a certificate of Master Gardener from the Rutgers Cooperative Extension. Jane and her husband Joe have three children. Jane
Marylynn Binetti – Mar joined our staff in 2009 as a physical therapy aide at our New Hampshire office. She has been an athletic trainer for 10 years  
Lauren Nathanson – Lauren joined our staff in 2009 and is studying to be a physical therapist.  
Kerry L. Walsh, PT, MS – Kerry graduated from Springfield College in 1995 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She specializes in pediatric population early intervention, sensory integration and autism spectrum disorders at our Toms River location. Kerry utilizes her 14 years of experience with multiple techniques including craniosacral therapy  
Chad M. Alazio – Chad is a AAAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Consultant since 2005. He works out of our new Toms River location and is also certified in personal training for special populations.
